Mikaela Terán Arellano is an Associate in the Natural Resources, Energy, and Infrastructure practice at Tobar ZVS. She joined the Firm in 2018. She has more than 5 years of experience in the areas of intellectual property, corporate, immigration, and labor and employment law.
Her practice includes advising on the acquisition of mining projects and representing multinational firms in matters related to both mining and renewable energy projects. She also has extensive experience in the field of Intellectual Property, having implemented strategies for administrative processes related to violations of intellectual property rights. Additionally, she has been actively involved in the fight against piracy, participating in administrative actions and border measures.
During her postgraduate studies, Mikaela completed an internship at the prestigious law firm Simmons & Simmons, where she worked as a research assistant in the competition area.
