On October 26, 2023, the Superintendence of Companies, Values, and Insurances revoked Resolution No. SCVS-INC-DNCDN-2023-0019, which previously required the submission of certifications by the Financial and Economic Analysis Unit (UAFE, for its acronym in Spanish), the United Nations Security Council, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) for the registration of appointments of company administrators and legal representatives.
This resolution will become in force upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
