Doménica Arroyo joined the firm in 2020 and is currently a lawyer in the Natural Resources, Energy and Infrastructure Unit. Her practice within the firm focuses on the corporate, corporate, regulatory and administrative areas.

Doménica specializes in the management and representation of administrative proceedings before mining and environmental authorities. She manages the regulatory compliance of the mining portfolios of international and multinational mining exploration companies and guides companies through the mining control and regulatory processes.

Likewise, in practice, she assists in the business and investment processes in the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors in Ecuador. She also focuses on qualifying, determining and assisting in the elaboration of the respective complaints of illegal mining that have caused great affectations to nature and the environment.

Education:Domenica, studied at the Faculty of Jurisprudence of Universidad San Francisco de Quito, where she obtained her law degree Cum Laude.(2021).

Languages:Doménica has a comprehensive and vast knowledge of English, Spanish and French.
