Oscar Vela Guarderas joined TOBAR ZVS Corporate Law team in June 2018. In 2023 he joined the Dispute Resolution Unit. Oscar focuses on civil trials and alternative dispute resolution methods.

Oscar worked for four years in Corporate Law, engaging in company mergers, establishing, and liquidating companies. Additionally, he completed his pre-professional internship in the Civil Courts (Complejo Judicial- Unidad Judicial Civil) in Quito, reviewing cases, attending hearings, and helping judges reviewing regulations to apply to each case.

-Oscar graduated as a lawyer in Universidad San Francisco de Quito.
